What You're Working On

This group is for developers to announce significant news on projects they are working on. So shameless plugs are totally on-target. But it's also for people looking to know what projects are out there in active production.See More

You already know about the calls, haha. There have been two both on Saturday; the ones organized by Jerry on LinkedIn. No worries, though.

Last time you said you couldn't make it because you were super busy. But man I don't blame you, thanks for setting this site up!! It's great to have something like this. Your service is very appreciated, at least by me, and I'm sure most everyone else agrees.

Hello Chris, nice to meet you. My wife Terri and I no longer pastor AWF, though we still own the software and the server. We closed the AWF ministry in January 2011. We have since begun a new work online called "EarthTrex Ministries".  We minister and counsel those who ask and get involved with virtual communities in whatever role the Lord is leading. We no longer hold services though that may change. We have focused our ministry in the Active Worlds universe and I am just starting to become involved with the virtual community there. There are several members of our old church, (AWF) that still regard me as their pastor so I have kept the title. I am credentialed and ordained thru UCFM an online Christian org that I've been with since 2004. We hope to witness of Christ in us without pushing and make a difference in the way the community works and grows. After years of being involved with online virtual communities I've found that there are a lot of shut-ins online, (people often trapped in their homes because of emotional, mental or physical disability). Many shut-ins want to fellowship but just don't have a way to make it to a church or home group. I've been a shut-in myself for over 12 years. May I ask about you? What are you all about? Thank you for your interest. Talk to you soon. GOD bless, ~Bob
